Koltanowski published a small tournament book as part of the short-lived Journal des Maîtres ([1]), which is where I took the games from. The same source mentions that main financial contributors were the government of Catalonia and the municipality of Mollet. As tournament directors, Puigcercoss, Marin, and Puig y Puig are mentioned. The players were lodged in hotel Marinet. Probably, the games were played there, too, but I’m not sure about that.
