The Flemish chess federation (VSB) organised an interclub championship separate from the national one. There were two group: one for Brabant/Antwerp and one for Flanders. According to [1], the first round in group B was planned for 23/03 like in group A, but both matches were postponed to 19/03 and 23/04 respectively. Here are the detailed results. Schaakstudiekring, with Koltanowski and Shernetsky, had by far the strongest team and scored and expected victory.
The individual scores, including the final but not forfeits, are as below. Note that the board order was apparently not fixed.
