Around this time, the Hampstead chess club regularly toured through parts of Europe. This year, they visited Belgium and played against three local teams. They met Antwerp SK on the 25th, CÉ Brussels on the 26th, and Philidor Brussels on the 27th. Remarkably, no less than five players played both for CE Brussels and Philidor Brussels. The results and dates come from [1], the few games I have from [2]. I am grateful to Mr. Philip Jurgens for providing many first names of the Hampstead team.
