[1] gives the crosstable, [2] the games, and [3] the dates. [3] announces that Koltanowski would play in the premier reserves and gives Reynolds as participant in the main section so, like the previous year, Koltanowski was probably a last-minute replacement for the main section. He didn’t score as well as then, but managed to draw against Alekhine.

The crosstables from the Premier Reserves come from [5]. I have a few games from Premier reserves B, which comes from [4], [7], and [8]. Note that Van Seters had the Dutch nationality, but lived in Brussels pretty much all his life. Finally, one game from Premier Reserves A comes from [6]. The names I and II respectively A and B seems to have been used interchangeably for the two Premier Reserves sections.
