[1] has the crosstable, but none of Everaert’s games. There were many strong juniors in this tournament, like Balashov and Ljubojević, and Everaert consequently has a very difficult time of it. I found two of his games in [2]. The same source mention the tempo was 40 moves in 2:30′.
