This tournament was supposed to determine the players who would accompany Colle to the 1930 olimpiad.  Only Belgians were eligible. Since the three players qualifying players were Koltanowski, Feinstein, and Kornreich, we can conclude that Rose and Oberman must have been foreigners. In the end, the FBÉ didn’t send a team at all, making this tournament somewhat pointless. The full results and what little games I have come from [1] and [2].
