According to [2], this tournament was played in Korte Nieuwstraat 44. [1] gives the table and one game. According to [2], at least one game (lost against Noordijk) was played by De Smet; but he dropped out due to illness. The game De Mey-Noordijk was given much later than the other games and results (July 17th, to be precise), so I’m not 100% sure that it really is from this tournament.
