O’Kelly started with a three draws but then scored an astonishing 6½/7. In the last round, he held GM Pomar to a draw, securing a very nice victory. [2] has all the games, but there are a few notational errors which I corrected by consulting [1]. The games were played in the Palacio Municipal.
