The strongest tournament in Belgium since 1907. With Korchnoi, there was even a top-10 player present – and he won with a convincing 11/13. The Belgian players were clearly not strong enough for this field, but they gained important experience. The crosstable comes from [2]. [3] has all the games, with the exception of Grünfeld-Iclicki, which I found in [1]. The original source for this game is probably a tournament bulletin.

Wanted

  • The crosstable (and games) from the open section.
  • The exact dates for the games.
