According to [2], Miliani fell ill and forfeited against Koltanowski, Tarrasch, Rosselli del Turco. Most of the games I have come from [1], and one incomplete game comes from [3]. I’m grateful to Mr. Philip Jurgens, who provided me with the exact dates of the rounds as well as some moves that were missing. He quotes [3] – [5] as his sources.
