The greatest victory for a Belgian in a long, long time – probably since O’Kelly’s victory in Olot in 1969. [1] has all the games. The exact dates were kindly provided by Mr. Rafael Santana. This tournament was officially baptised the 2nd Ciudad de Barcelona tournament, but it was in spirit a successor to the Vulcà tournaments, named after the organising club, and is for this reason often called a Vulcà tournament, too.
