This was the second time a Belgian team was sent to the olimpiad of the International Braille Chess Association. That Belgium finished last was no surprise, but the fact that Herman Jennen on board four scored 8½/10 and got the gold medal on his board was an unlooked-for success. [1] has pretty much all information, except for the exact dates for the games.
