This tournament was organised by the Manhattan Chess Club in memory of its late president Maurice Wertheim. As far as I know, this was the first time since the Staunton world chess tournament that O’Kelly scored less than 50%. I took all the games and the crosstable from [1]. [2] gives the title data. The exact dates come from [3] and were kindly sent to me by Mr. Philip Jurgens
