The Flemish Chess Union organised its championship on Easter and Easter Monday, i.e. April 20th and 21st. The first two rounds were played on Sunday, the last one on Monday morning. In parallel, an open Easter tournament was held which saw 32 participants. On Monday afternoon, there was a large blitz tournament where Takács had to share first place with Censer. All of this information comes from [1].

Since there was a tie for first place in the championship of the Flemish Chess Union, a tie-break match was organised. [1] mentions that Perquin won it with 1½-½. [2] gives one game from this play-off and mentions that a draw sufficed for Perquin to win the championship. From this, I could conclude that it must have been the second round game. It was played on Tuesday, May 20th.
