The Nebel cup was a yearly tournament in which the strongest players of the CÉ Brussels and thereby some of the strongest in the country played each other.
[1] gives final standings together with the numbers of wins, losses, and draws for each player. It also gives the one game I have. Together, this information sufficed to reconstruct the crosstable above.
