This was certainly not the strongest edition of the Nebel cup: no Devos, no Van Seters, no Jerochov, no Lemaire… In the absence of these favourites, Samy Rubinstein, son of the great Akiba, scored a nice victory. [1] gives the round-by-round results and the final standings as well as a couple of games. I found one more game in [2].
