[1] gives all the games and dates, except for the date of the first game, which comes from [2]. For some reason, Colle played an extraordinary number of matches between March 1928 and begin 1929: two matches against Euwe, one against Landau, one against Olland, one against Steiner, one against Winter, and this one against van Hoorn. He proved that he was clearly stronger than the Dutch players, with the exception of Euwe.
