The first of three matches between Euwe and Colle. The players won alternately with the white pieces until Colle lost in the last round after giving away a very good position. The games are widely available. The exact dates for the games — with, surprisingly, two games on one day — were kindly sent to me by Mr. Philip Jurgens, who quotes [3].
