[1] has the crosstable, but I know very little else about this tournament. I suspect that it was a rapid tournament, but I’m not even sure of that. Boey did quite well in a relatively strong field. [2] explains the format: first there were preliminary tournaments on August 17 and 24. From this, four players – Penson, Schuurmans, Eerens, and van Voorthuijsen – qualified for the final tournament on August 25 against some strong opposition.
