The Ghent championship this year saw a huge surprise in the victory of the young Van de Wynkele, half a point clear of veteran Van Hoorde. The crosstable comes from the club magazine of Ghent chess club Jean Jaurès ([1]). I found a couple of games in [2] and [3], but most are still missing.
