William Rivier was a Swiss player who stayed in Brussels for a short while. He immediately crushed the local elite, both in this tournament and later the same year in the championship of CÉ Brussels. He would go on to score a very respectable result for the Swiss team in the 1928 olimpiad. [1] gives full results. Many thanks to Mr. Philip Jurgens who pointed out three games from [1] and [2]. He also found the days on which the rounds were played: October 19th, 21st, 2nd, 24th, 26th, 28th, and 29th.
Wanted
