According to [2], this tournament was held in honour of the 60th birthday of Bernhard Kagan. [1] gives all the games. The rounds and the starting date of Wednesday, November 17th come from [3]. Colle did not have a great tournament, but the competition was quite stiff. He won the brilliancy price for his game against Grünfeld. The start and end dates of the tournament were kindly sent to me by a reader, citing [4].
