For a long time, I was missing the crosstables for this event, until I found complete results and final standings in [2]. The games I have come from [1], [3], and [4]. [5] give some organisational information. The tournament took place at café ‘t Putje, Zand 29. The time control was 40 moves in 2:30′, followed by 16 moves per hour. Games were played from 15:00 to 20:00 and, for adjourned games, from 22:00 to 24:00. [5], published on the day the championship started, mentions O’Kelly in the participants list. I’m not sure why he didn’t play. His place was apparently taken by Van Hoorde, who was probably present in an official role.
