[1] gives the final standings for both the expert group and the open group. The same source mentions that Marc Bonjean was the tournament director. Mr. Alain Talon has kindly sent me, from his database, the full games for the expert section, except for the game between De Wachter and Burmensky. He also sent a selection of games from the open section. Probably, these come from original scores or maybe a bulletin. The ratings in the crosstable above are those from the start of the tournament at the end of 1994. The ones in the game file are, for the later rounds, those of January 1995. According to [3], the dates were November 27th, December 4th, 11th, and 18th, January 15th and 29th, February 12th and 26th, and March 12th. I have added these dates to the game file, but it’s quite possible that some games were postponed or played in advance.
