[1] gives the crosstable for the expert group and the final standings of the open group. The same source has all but one of the games from the expert groups and many from the open groups.
The FIDÉ ratings in the crosstable above are those from the start of the tournament at the end of 1994. The ones in the game file are, for the later rounds, those of January 1995. According to [2], the dates were November 27th, December 4th, 11th, and 18th, January 15th and 29th, February 12th and 26th, and March 12th. I have added these dates to the game file, but it’s quite possible that some games were postponed or played in advance.
Boeykens and Van Beers were supposed to play a tie-breaking match for the title. I’m not sure whether that ever took place. Brumenksy and Croonenborghs had quite low ratings, especially since there were six players (Hajenius, Van Herck, Braspenning, Luyckx, Huyck, and Krukowski) with 2000+ rating. Probably, Croonenborghs qualified as the junior champion and Burmensky had won the open the previous year, but I’m not sure.
Wanted
