The two Belgian participants started at the bottom of the rating list and finished in the middle. They both over performed a bit, but not enough to meet the top players. According to the announcement on the website, the tempo was 40 move sin 2 hours followed by 1 hour quick play finish.

The crosstable comes from [1], the games from [2]. The dates given in [2] are not compatible with those announced in [3]. I think whoever keyed in the games for [2] probably assumed one game was played per day, but [3] announces that two rounds were to be played on September the 5th. I followed [3].
