[3] announces the following lineup of foreign players: Bernstein, Colle, Norman-Hansen, Maróczy, Mieses, Muffang, Réti, Spielmann, Thomas and Voellmy. [2] says that Strick van Linschoten replaced Muffang. It seems likely that this was a last-minute replacement since no foreign master was found. His good result in this tournament launched Colle’s international chess career. The exact dates were sent to me by Mr. Philip Jurgens, quoting [4].
