4th European team championship preliminary 1, Barcelona

15-09-1967 > 17-09-1967

1 2 3 4 BP MP
1 Spain 5 20 5
2 Netherlands 5 6 8 19 5
3 Switzerland 4 12 2
4 Belgium 2 9 0

The Belgian team ended, as expected, on the last place. The Spanish victory, ahead of the Netherlands, was perhaps a bit of a surprise. Many good players were missing, like O’Kelly de Galway, Dunkelblum, Soultanbeieff, Boey and Rooze, but the same can be said for the other sides. [1] has all the games and the final standings.
