This was the first in what was to be a long series of international tournaments in Torremolinos. O’Kelly would go on to participate often and even win, but in this first edition, he lost too often to be a serious candidate for victory. The games are widely available (I took them from [1]) as is the crosstable (e.g. in [2]).
