*: These results were recorder as 0-0. Possibly, some of these games were still played on.
At the occasion of the world fair held in Brussels in 1958, an enormous international correspondence tournament was organised by the Belgisch Schaakbord, the Belgian correspondence chess federation. The results were published in the first issue of the 1960 volume of its magazine, so probably the games were finished at the end of 1959. The results of the Champions 2 group were missing, apparently because they hadn’t been reported properly. Winners’ tournaments were held in the Masters category as well as classes I to III.
