[2], which gives the scores of the Belgian players only, calls it a match between Belgium and The Netherlands. The former seems more plausible, although the Antwerp team got some outside reinforcements. The Dutch players got a welcome in the municipal hall of Antwerp around 11:30. The games started around 14:30 in a school in Londentraat. Since there were more Belgian players than opponents, Van den Bergh, who led the Dutch delegation, played a simultaneous exhibition. He scored +9, =2, -3.
