According to [2] (from where I took the crosstable), the Belgian chess federation refused to pay the transportation costs for their player, which is apparently why O’Kelly didn’t participate. Therefore Dunkelblum made his second appearance (of three) in the zonal tournament – and he scored his best result. Remarkably, just like in the zonal of Sofia 1957, the Czech player won with a convincing margin. The games are widely available; I took them from [1].
