[1] gives the complete crosstable, but unfortunately no detailed results. It calls this some kind of unofficial European club cup, but I suspect it might be part of the Mitropa cup series, with the 1953 tournament in Vienna and the 1954 tournament in Salzburg. [2] gives the individual scores below as well as a few games, but most are still missing. Note that one of the games is a bit suspicious — see the .pgn file/reader for details.
[3] gives what is probably the order of the draw. It is compatible with the pairings from the orders I know them of.
