[1] gives the crosstables. I do not know why Winants, who finished fourth in his series, was seeded into the final. Probably, Demoulin renounced his right to a place. Even then, it seems logical to replace him with Meertens or Jacobs. Did they, too, not want to play? The consolation final seems to have been meant for whoever wanted to play on but wasn’t qualified for the final. I found a number of games in [2].
