This tournament was organised by the KOSK (Royal Ostend Chess Club) in Stedelijk Sportcentrum. Van Seters won the tournament and the title of “champion of the Belgian chess federation”, but since he had the Dutch nationality, he was not eligible for the title of “Belgian champion”, which went to Rooze instead. [1] gives all the games, including the dates. According to [2], the arbitration was done by Michel Vandamme.
