[1] and [2] give enough results to reconstruct the crosstables as above.  I found a bunch of games scattered over [1]-[4], but many are still missing.

Since O’Kelly and Devos shared first place, a play-off match was organised. As this, too, ended in a tie, a second match was necessary. This final match, played well into 1938 and particularly hard to find information about, was won by O’Kelly. In the minor tournament, things were less complicated, as Van Sevenandt won outright.
