This first All Saints’ Day tournament already got some of the strongest players in Belgium together. O’Kelly won his third tournament in a row, but this time he had to share first place with Jerochov, who even beat him.

The cadence was 40 moves in 2 hours and then 20 moves per hour. One round was played on Saturday, October 30th and two each on Sunday, October 31st and Monday, November 1st. The prizes (in Belgian francs) were as follows, but with the caveat that the local players did not lay claim to any prize:
