[1] gives full results, organisational details, and some games. The other games I have I found in [2]-[4].

For the second year, the Ghent chess club organised a small tournament on the occasion of All Saints’ Day, which featured many of the strongest players in Belgium. This included quite a few foreigners who had been living in the country for a while already. I have used Belgian as the default nationality, but this might be wrong for the some players.

O’Kelly, who had recently won the Belgian championship, shared first place in the main group with Dyner. In group 1B, two players withdrew, but this did not affect the standings much: Perlmutter and Cherubim won, as was to be expected.

This tournament was played from October 29th to November 1st at 15:00, with the second round being played on October 30th at 9:00. The tempo was 36 moves in 2 hours followed by 18 moves per hour. The prizes (in Belgian francs) were as follows:

Group 1 Group 2 Group 3  Group 4
1st place 300 250 200 100
2nd place 260 210 160 60
3rd place 225 175 120 40
4th place 200
