According to the bulletin of round 1, Comas Fabregó forfeited his game against Jones and in the standings, as mentioned in that bulletin, Jones does indeed have 1 point. In the standings mentioned in the bulletin to round 2, he has no points. What I suspect happened is this: Comas Fabregó late-joined the competition. Jones was added to the field to keep the number of participants even, but Comas did not arrive in time, thereby forfeiting the game. Then Oparaugo late-joined the competition for round two and Wills was added to make the number of competitors even again. At this point, Jones’ win by forfeit from round one was probably annuled and Comas Fabregó was supposed to have started in round two, as Oparaugo did. All information I have comes form [1].
