The announcement in [2], which also gives the dates, mentions that Foltys and “a strong Hungarian master” would participate. Unfortunately, that didn’t come to pass. Instead, the foreign contingent was weaker than usual. O’Kelly, too, was absent this year. Instead there were two half Belgians: Van Seters, a Dutchman who lived in Brussels for most of his life, and Soultanbeieff, a Russian expat who had settled in Liège. This tournament was the start of a long international career for Donner, who surprised the whole chess world by winning a point clear of Euwe and Rossolimo. Mulder was arbiter.

The crosstable comes from [3]. The games are widely available and seem to be compatible with the crosstable. I took them from [1]. I have assumed one game was played each day.
